toshibaToshiba has just launched its the spanking new 16GB microSDHC memory card that will come in two SD speed classes – Class 2 and Class 6. This new model will come in two SD speed classes – Class 2 and Class 6, respectively. Both cards are compatible with Class 6 of the SD memory card standard and so have minimum write speeds of 6MB/s. But Toshiba said they can write at up to 20MB/s write speeds. The 16GB SDHC card won’t be out until April, but the 8GB SDHC will be available next month.
There is no word on pricing yet as at press time, but do expect to fork out a fair amount of dosh for either one when available.
