Fujitsu has released recently the LifeBook A1110, a 15.4-inch consumer oriented notebook.The Fujitsu LifeBook A1110 is powered by an Intel Centrino 2 technology and comes with the Core 2 Duo P7350 or T5800 processor, up to 4GB of DDR2 memory, up to 320GB of hard drive space, and a DVD burner. Other features include a 1.3MP webcam, 802.11n wireless module, Ethernet LAN port, 56K modem, and Bluetooth, three USB ports, ExpressCard and SD Card slots, and a VGA output. The Windows Vista Home Premium powered system weighs around 6.3 pounds with a six-cell battery, that is claimed to last up to 2 hours and 30 minutes on a single charge.The company chose to hide its boring design by offering the A1110 with any of three interchangeable snap-on lids—colorful, bold-looking faceplates that will either impress or scare you away.

The LifeBook A1110 starts at $799 at The green cover ships standard with the laptop, while the pink and blue lids are available for $19.95 each.

Dell has launched the M6400 Covet notebook, an addition to its Precision series. The Dell Precision M6400 Covet powered by 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T9400 processor combined with NVIDA Quadro FX 3700M 1GB graphics card. It equipped with 17-inch LED backlit display (1920×1200) with full Adobe RGB gamut. It include 2GB DDR3 RAM along with 160GB HDD with Free Fall sensor.Dell Precision M6400 Covet feature 2-megapixel webcam with dual array microphone that also integrated. It support WiFi 802.11b/g connectivity. It run Windows Vista Business operation system. Prices for the Precision M6400 Covet starts from $3,900 upwards.

HP offers the Compaq Presario CQ70-120US notebook PC, which is part of Compaq’s CQ70 family. Compaq’s Presario CQ70-120US is powered by an Intel Pentium Dual Core T3200 2GHz mobile processor, 3GB of DDR2 RAM, 250GB hard drive and integrated Intel GMA 4500MHD graphic chipset.Windows Vista Home Premium comes pre-installed on the 250GB hard drive, and a DVD burner is included. The CQ70-120US also sports an 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi module, an Ethernet connection and a 56K modem. For teleconferencing and video chats, a built-in webcam is present. Three USB ports and an ExpressCard slot allow for expansion, while a 5-in-1 media card readers lets users quickly transfer photos and multimedia files to and from the notebook. A VGA port lets users connect other monitors.

Thus configured, the CQ70-120US weighs 7.2lbs and is meant to act as a desktop PC replacement thanks to its full-size keyboard and numeric pad. It is available for $579.99.
